Megmeet Adopts Infineon CoolMOS 8 to Power High-Efficiency 5.5 kW AI Server Platforms

 

China-based AI server power supplier Shenzhen Megmeet Electrical Co., Ltd. announced that it will adopt the latest CoolMOS 8 technology from Infineon Technologies AG in its new 5.5 kW AI server power supply platform. To address the surging power demands of AI servers, Megmeet leverages CoolMOS 8 devices to achieve high efficiency with platinum-class performance. Based on this technology, the company has developed a compact and scalable architecture tailored for AI servers and open computing environments.

 

The system features a modular centralized power shelf design, where multiple power units can be configured according to total load requirements and distributed via a shared busbar. This approach enables flexible scaling while maintaining high power density and efficient energy delivery across racks.
