onsemi has announced that Xiaomi’s YU7 electric SUV will feature its cutting-edge EliteSiC™ M3e-based 800V drive platform. This advanced technology delivers exceptional performance and efficiency, enabling automakers to design smaller, lighter, and more robust traction systems for electric vehicles (EVs).
